NISSIN introduced in TV Tokyo program

In a television program by TV-Tokyo(12 CH) named “ Masters on Money” which was on the air from 9:00 to 9:30 on February 24, 2002, four factories in Ohta-ward including NISSIN were introduced with the theme of “ The challenge by small factories in Ohta-ward”. NISSIN was introduced with the topics such as Mold for reflectors, the private visit by Dr. Mahathir , Prime minister of Malaysia and strategies for doing business in foreign countries and etc.

Passes examination to shift Year 2000 version of ISO9001

We at NISSIN Iida factory already got ISO9002 certification on February 8th, 1999. This time, we have got ISO9001:2000 certification on February 8th, 2002 through examination for shifting. Applied activities are as follows. Design & development, Manufacturing and Servicing of Pressed Parts, Mold for Pressed Parts, Spare Parts for Mold, Plastic Injection Parts, Mold for Plastic Injection Parts and Original Equipment for mold making.

Agreement for new Philippine Factory reaches with PEZA

On December 4th , 2001, NISSIN’s second factory in foreign countries which comes next to Thai factory was established and on January 9th, 2002, agreement was signed with the director general of PEZA. The name of this local company is Nissin Precision Philippines Corporation and located in First Philippine Industrial Park to where it needs one hour drive to south from Manira. Capital is 4,000PHP( about 100 Mil. Yen). We are in process to prepare all necessary arrangements for production start in this summer.

Middle Management from Thai visit our head factory

On November 8, 2001, at our Head Factory in Tokyo, we received the visit of the delegation of Thai young man & woman training group invited by JICA(Japan International Cooperative Association ). The members who are all middle management from governmental agencies and private enterprises stay in Japan about one month to study Japanese smaller to medium sized enterprises. Our company was recommended for their visit by The Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a typical smaller to medium sized enterprise in Ota-ward in Tokyo. First Mr. Kato, our President had a greeting with them starting by the Thai word “SAWADI-CUP” which can be used at any time in a day as a greeting word in Thailand. Then being guided by Mr. Kitabayashi , Senior Manager of Die Sales Dept & Mr. Fukutomi, Manager of Foreign Dept. They observed working site of machining and also enjoyed seeing a live performance by our special CNC Tube bender. Later on , we were informed by organizer side that Nissin had been most impressive Enterprise for them among all enterprises they had visited in Tokyo.

Mr. Nakajima receives Honourable Authorization

On 4th October, 2001, Authorization Ceremony of Hily Skilled Workers was held at　the place named “ Senior Work Tokyo” in Chiyoda-ward. Mr. Nakajima of NISSIN Press Stamping Dept. received the honorable authorization in a category of press stamping following Mr. Shirota of NISSIN Die Making Dept. who had received the same in a category of die making last year. In this year, Total 252 workers from whole Japan received this authorization including 24 workers from Tokyo. Mr. Nakajima is now 35 years old and they says that he might be the youngest in history of this authorization.

New model of CNC Tube Bender exhibited at EMO2001

We exhibited a new model of Tube Bender at EMO 2001 held in Hannover , Germany　from September 12, 2001. In this new model, we added convenient program simulation system which enables us to see programmed bending shape in the screen of operating panel..

Students of Kamata Middle school visit our head factory

2nd grade students of Kamata Middle School located in Ohta-ward neighbor to us visited at our factory in head office on September 21, 2001.Prior to this visit, in this May, our Chairman, Mr. Tachikawa visited at said school and gave students the lecture with the subject of “ the changes on manufacturing in Ohta-ward” . Therefore, the purpose of this time visit for students is to see the site of manufacturing and make sure of what they heard from our Chairman. After the introduction of our company by Mr. Kato ,our President, Mr. Hirayama, Manager of administration Dept. and Mr. Saijou, Manager of Sales Dept. guided and explained them actual work in the factory by showing actual tools. Last December, we had a visit by students of Michizuka Primary school. According to the impression of our guides on this time visitors , their attitude of observing factory was more quiet than Primary School Students as supposed.
