Tilting Electro-magnetic Chuck for surface grinder
Our Electro-magnetic Chuck can quickly achieve the desired working angle with a single touch when grinding die parts. Because sine bar is built in, an accurate angle can be set easily using gage blocks. There is a water-cooling type to which “SG Coolant” can be connected.
Rotary Electro-magnetic Chuck
You can change your forming surface grinder or surface grinder to rotary grinder in 5 minutes. You can do grinding operation with work being rotated. By the combined use of Tilting Electro-magnetic Chuck for surface grinder, convex flange grinding in a horizontal position, concave or convex grinding in a tilted position, and other high-value added operations become possible.
