Bending radius can be set freely.
You can set bending radius and angle freely because NPB series does not use roll die, This model enables more than 180 degree bending, large radius bending, spiral bending and so on.
Continuously changing radius bending is also OK.
You can get such shape of tube as its radius changes continuously. Due to CNC control, you can change bending radius and bending direction in X-axis and Y-axis freely. So, you can make 3D freeform figure easily.
Smooth and even finish with little section distortion
As the bending section of tube is securely guided by the die, accurate roundness and a smooth and even finish can be obtained. In our bender, tube is pushed into die. So, unlike a conventional tube bender, wall thickness reduction at the back side is very small. Due to motor drive, operation sound is very calm and high speed operation such as 10m/minute is realized.

Applications
Cooling Tube for Compressor
A tube for heat exchange is a copper tube bent in 3D and it wears a lot of radiation fins tightly secured. In the case of using an conventional tube bender, it is difficult to set fins because the bent tube is deformed. If using fins with a larger inside diameter, they can be set smoothly but they are not set tightly. By using NPB series, you can set fins tightly and easily, and still adopt freer 3D shape because the deformation of the tube is slight.
Cooling Tube in Atomic Power Plant
A tube bent with this model is suited to high pressure use such as cooling tube in atomic power plant in which the strength of the tube is important, because the back side thickness of the bending portion does not become thinner, unlike tubes bent by conventional benders. You do not have to worry about leakage problems because you don't have to use a lot of elbows.
Exterior Design Products and Monuments
