Our joint project with the Suzumura Seminar from Showa Women’s University has officially kicked off!

On May 12, 2025, the Project Based Learning (PBL) activities with the Suzumura Seminar of the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Global Business, Showa Women’s University officially commenced.  This project aims to leverage our company’s “PLA” injection molding technology and incorporate fresh ideas from students to explore market expansion, as well as investigate possibilities for regional contribution to Nagano Prefecture.  As part of our seminar camp, we toured our Nagano Iida plant on September 22.  In the evening, we deepened our bonds at a yakiniku restaurant, enjoying the local specialty of Iida, which boasts the highest number of yakiniku restaurants per capita in Japan.  On the 23rd, we visited the ILF Douga Museum of Art (Museum of Children’s Art), which primarily exhibits the works of Takeo Takei, a children’s artist from Okaya City, and held a product planning meeting.  The scene of this seminar camp was featured on the front pages of three local newspapers.  We plan to continue our efforts while deepening our collaboration.
